I oversee operational service activities for Stericycle UK - South Region for both Regulated Waste & Compliance Service (RWCS) and Secure Information Destruction Service (SIDS) Business Units. Driving performance KPI’s, including cost of revenue (COR), revenue per stop (RPS), cost per stop (CPS), on-time delivery (OT), H&S, including work transport safety and staff welfare. I lead efforts for reporting staff, including of five area managers and senior administrator. Beside these, I direct exceptional secure confidential material destruction and healthcare recycling services to organisations of all sizes in the private, public, and third-party sectors within the South of England; consisting of Fourteen depots with budget responsibility of £33M.

Steering leadership that guides and inspires for a reporting staff of three area managers leading Seven depots in the south of England and a budget responsibility of £20M.

I contributed efforts towards leading the site`s operational activities to attain and optimise service levels. I held accountability for the flagship multi temperature distribution centre with a budget of £19M. Also, I enhanced each site`s business performance against set indicators to ensure the effectiveness of the operation in meeting both internal and external customer needs. Along with these, I steered exceptional leadership and guidance to reporting staff consisting of three managers, distribution manager, warehouse manager, and administration manager. I controlled all endeavours of forming an optimum output of people resources by providing performance management and development, while creating a safe and legal environment that conducive to high performance. Beside these, I assessed and reduced the site`s costs against set budgets, while utilising remedial action where projected spend exceed the authorised limit / budgets.

I coordinated with a wide range of duties, including supporting distribution senior steering group, setting strategic direction for the home delivery network, and controlling health and safety performance of depots, ensuring the adherence to distribution policy and procedures, and meeting legal needs. I managed significant challenges associated with distribution centres within the London and the South East with a budget of £16M; direct reporting staff consisting of three site managers. Also, I focused all activities associated with aligning each depot to the divisional strategy, aiding commercial success of JL division, setting strategic asset, providing JL with a competitive advantage, permitting consistent delivery of balanced scorecard measures, allowing regular communication channels, and resolving conflict with a range of competing agendas.
