Developed the strategic growth plan for Rehabilitation and Occupational Health and delivered a number of significant successes to help the business grow. Specific responsibilities included managing the strategic business development plan, business tenders and customer liaison through a dedicated business development team..

Brought in to The Treatment Network to bring experience on running Corpore and the case management services. Corpore soon joined The Treatment Network Stable forming Corpore-TTN. Then was responsible for the integration of the Group Services including HR. IT. Procurement and TTN clients across both businesses. With the integration completed, moved to focus on the strategic growth of the business in Group Business Development Manager role.

Was brought in to Head up Corpore to lead the the strategic development of the business. At this time the business was wholly owned by Cunningham Lindsey. Responsible for setting the mission, vision strategy and values for the business and developing new markets and new products to grow the top and bottom line. At the point of being put up for sale by the Cunningham Lindsey the top line had grown 400% and the bottom lime 600%. This success was achieved through using the great staff to run a client focussed approach to the business, whilst innovating and being prepared to challenge the norm.

Within Cunningham Lindsey was asked to re-invent the Learning and Development department to offer comprehensive training for all.During this period our aim was to offer learning and development that was a competitive advantage for recruitment and to win client work.In addition to the overall responsibility for the company training programme, specific projects included:Executive and Management Development Programme: Designed to support directors and managers to achieve the best with their teams.
