Working onboard the Advanced pacesetter semisubmersible, Reporting directly to my Senior subsea engineer,W I am responsible for the running and retrieval of our Cameron UII 15000 PSI BOP.My daily duties include daily visual checks of our Brown Brothers 600,000 Lbs Drill string compensator, Brown Brothers Marine riser and guide/podline tensioners and APV's, Regan Slip joint and diverter/ball joint, Cameron choke and Kill manifold and our 230t Normar BOP carrier.Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks on all Subsea related equipment, including change out of all filters on our Cameron Iron Works control system and taking fluid samples to check concentration and bacteria levels and recording all results in our Amos 2 maintenance system.Filling out daily reports of work carried out during my shift and noting tensioner wire ton cycles.End Of Well workscope includes open bonnets of BOP and remove ram blocks for inspection for wear and damage and to measure with micrometers to ensure they are all within correct specification, and to replace all rubber goods, clean and inspect ram cavites and measure up with dummy ram block and feeler gauges to ensure all are within specification, close up BOP.Strip down and replace all rubber goods in our Cameron 'D' type 18 3/4" Annular preventers and test operators.Remove control Pods and replace/refurbish any SPM valves that are leaking or out of service days and keep detailed history files of days in service, carry out preventive maintenance on Pods.Inspection of our Cameron Model 70 LMRP connector and Vetco H4 Wellhead connector and carry out any preventive maintenance.Greasing off all failsafe valves and preparing BOP for full pressure test.Carrying out pressure testing on all associated equipment.

Operating and maintaining Expro subsea equipment offshore during well intervention operations.Service and repair of Expro subsea equipment onshore.

New build,service and repair of company and client owned lifting equipment including HPU'S,winches,cranes and compressors.Various offshore tasks in the north sea and worldwide including winch operations,service/repair of equipment and Mass flow excavation jobs.

Manufacture,Testing and Flushing of Subsea umbillical assemblies and associated equipment.

Service and repair of hydraulic systems and deck machinery on Uk and Ireland registered fishing vessels.
