Warehouse ManagementSite Manager duties, including the management and welfare of 60+ employees, managers and supervisors, and responsible for the day-to-day logistics of a 120,000 sq ft warehouse, currently dealing with a throughput of 2.5 million garments per annum.Daily management of all warehouse intake and despatch targets, achieving and recording all KPI’s relating to the customer’s high standards, despatch costs and efficacy.Supervision of intake schedules and bookings of overseas sea and air shipments Production planning activities and expense control across all areas.Management of stock levels and stock accuracy including managing and planning stock takes. Management of staffing levels in all areas, including recruitment and interviewing.
