• Head of Charity finance function with the finance assistants in each of the 11 centres and head office reporting directly to me• Creation of management accounts and budgets for each centre of the charity as well as the combination of data into central charity financial data• Providing financial advice to the Charity to assist in direction and improve the quality of information produced and decision making• Provide improved management accounts structure to the Charity including automated links to Sage and a restructured pro forma for reporting• Conduct finance reviews of the 11 nationwide centres of the Charity to assess and improve controls and processes around their finance function including the establishment of best practice around the centres and implementation of new systems and processes to improve efficiency• Prepare year-end financial statements including the consolidation process of the 11 centres and head office accounts into primary Charity accounts• Liaise with the auditors for the year end audit process.
