I am a senior commercial leader with 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and an extensive track record in delivering results in a complex environment, both in operational leadership roles as a General Manager and in strategic and transformational leadership settings. I have experience in both driving effective performance at a business unit level and leading change across markets, functions and businesses globally. At the end of 2016, having completed a 3-year project to implement Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) across GSK's businesses globally, I decided to change career path and created Blueglass Consulting to continue working in the dynamic and challenging field of S&OP/Integrated Business Planning deployment and development.
