About Neil Jenkins

I am a result-oriented individual with over 25 years’ experience in programme/project management, change management and business/operational transformation. I combine this experience with my strategic/operational leadership qualities and my flair for efficiency in order to deliver projects to high standards and in line with organisational objectives.While employed as Programme Director at Capita Employee Solutions – my current position – I have managed significant cost savings programmes and client software installation projects along with several regulatory and business transformation programmes. As an IT Programme Manager I was responsible for leading a number of product based initiatives driving both system development and application efficiencies removing both duplicate and legacy systems. Less recently, I served as Head of Client Implementations, overseeing the delivery of over 250 projects per year with a multi functional department across the UK and India.In the future, I intend to utilise my skill set and experience in order to continue to contribute to the success of organisations.
