I am provide senior project support in the Health Services Research team (HSR) for emergency care research studies and trials, working to tight deadlines and within Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. I lead on budget management of research proposal submissions working with various UK research funding bodies. I support post funding approvals process and contracting with various research stakeholder partners. I work with research leads to produce quarterly and annual reports to infrastructure funders and research study/trial final reports to funding bodies. I lead on communication outputs for the HSR team and collaborate with research partners to organise conferences and stakeholder/policy events to develop research links and disseminate research study findings. I acted as Finance and Communications Manager for the team between October 2023 and February 2024 providing finance and data support the senior members of the HSR Team in carrying out comprehensive financial and business planning, budget monitoring and control. This also included line management of administrative team and responsibility for HR recruitment of new members of the team.
