Managed the full product development cycle for SmartCharts, a leading provider of trading education. While in this role, I created and launched a new web platform which integrates the trading and educational elements of the product. This version of the product is now the basis of the company's offering in the market.While in the role my responsibilities included:Hired and managed a team of twelve software development engineers in Manila.Managed an outsourced team of developers in London.Created a sophisticated payments platform allowing us to take payments in multiple territories and currencies and to create bespoke payments plans for customers which are then collected automatically.Created new courses (products) for sale into the market.

Worked with a variety of start up businesses, advising founders, creating propositions and products and helping raise investment.

At Satchel Messaging we operate KAPA, a new mobile messaging platform for sport clubs that allows them to collect payments, communicate and organise events.

Responsible for group strategy for mobile devices. • Set up Mail Plus (tablet version of the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday) from scratch as part of the analogue to digital transitional strategy• Developed Metro’s iPad news product, one of the first in the UK• Developed and launched digital solutions for the Daily Mail Group brands e.g. Primelocation iPad app, Metro Cabfinder iPhone app and World Cup apps sponsored by bookmakers• Managed all Daily Mail Group TV businesses maintaining their ongoing profitability

• Board level position responsible for driving the analogue to digital transition• Full P&L responsibility for the ITV and C4 Teletext services. • Generated new revenues of £5m p.a. from advertising sales, Government partnerships and new TV businesses, successfully replacing reducing analogue revenues with digital growth• Lead and managed a multi-disciplinary team of 30 staff (sales, production, marketing and technical)
