Utilizing my 17 years in oil and gas exploration and development for both Pioneer Natural Resources and Teal Natural Resources, the Private Equity-backed company that I co-founded, I am providing strategic, operational, and technical support to companies that are planning and executing complex wellbore designs for both hydrocarbon extraction as well as carbon sequestration (Acid Gas Injection).

I recently completed a University-run 12 month Accredited Coaching Training Program which will lead to my ability to test and apply for an ACC certificate (Associate Certified Coach) with the International Coaching Federation.
