Senior Fund Controller

• Supervise the timing and quality of client deliverables related to Cash and Portfolio Reconciliations, Income and Expense Accruals, Partner/Shareholder Allocation calculations and Financial Statement preparation and ensure high accuracy and client satisfaction• Review the client general ledger and various sub-ledgers, trial balances and workpaper product• Advise clients on technical accounting aspects and provide IRR / MOIC multiples calculations• Assist senior management with special projects, performance metrics, training, procedures guide, new client pitch and case studies• Coordinate with Operations group, Tax group, Investor Relations group, Financial Statement group, and other groups at Citco

• Creating capital call / distribution workbooks and notices by using the Investran platform• Booking journal entries for all activities in different investment vehicles based on GAAP• Preparing financial statements, capital statements, and various LP / investor relations requests• Calculate management fee, ROC, unfunded commitments, IRR, and Profit and Interest Distribution based on LPA• Assist the Project Manager in developing the on-boarding model for the private equity conversion clients and reconciling accounting data of private equity clients.• Mapping client accounting models to the JPM accounting model by populating historical financial and non-financial data using Excel and other automated tools and technology

• Prepared Investor Presentations for small-cap and micro-cap companies to help them raise capital• Financial advisory work experience included a fairness opinion for a small cap alternative health care company• Developed financial modeling skills that included creating pro-forma financial statements of startup companies• Extensively utilized valuation techniques such as discounted cash flow with sensitivity analysis and trading multiple comparables to value investments in small-cap and micro-cap stocks

• Assisted portfolio managers with cash and asset reconciliations• Served as trading assistant for the New York equity trading desks and ensured trades were accurately reflected on the Internal Portfolio Management Accounting Systems used by portfolio managers and traders • Notified third parties of trades and settlement instructions. Affirmed DTCC ID trades. Also involved in SWIFT operations and confirmed both automated (OASYS) and manual trades• Key participant in several working groups related to automation that increased efficiency
