-Testing motherboard components such as memory slots, cpu sockets,usb ports, sata ports, ethernet ports, & ipmi ports-Testing hardware components such as ram, cpus, fans, power supplies, hard drives (HDD/SSD/NVMe), controllers/cards, backplanes, cables & chassis-Resetting motherboards, desktops, laptops, servers, switches & routers to factory default settings through bios, IPMI, console ports, or command-line interface-Formatting usbs & hard drives for use in compatible systems-Setting RAID configurations-Testing and identifying issues for returned merchandise-Replacing faulty components on systems as needed-Installing & updating bios & bmc for motherboards -Writing scripts for one-time command updates for bios & bmc firmware for tech associates to assist in the production of orders-Building and testing server configurations to work order specifications-Building server racks as well as basic maintenance for company projects-Cabling server racks in an orderly fashion for clear indications to port location-Collaborating with tech associates in and out of of the company for company projects-Installing, updating, & cloning required softwares, firmwares & operating systems as needed-Setting IP configurations for remote access via IPMI or GUI-Patching in ports in port panel to enable floor ports as needed-Creating reports for tested systems-Creating SKUs for products in inventory-Creating spreadsheets via Google Sheets for data/analytical purposes-Creating templates & labels for company use-Creating standard operating procedures for new & old processes to assist in productivity for all technicians-Training new hires on tech procedures-Assisting sales associates on product information requested by customers-Assisting warehouse associates identify proper components for work orders-Building desktops for company employees-Setting up printers and label printers for employee desktops and warehouse use-Creating emails and credentials for employees

DELIVERY DRIVER-Operating stake bed trucks of various sizes for deliveries-Logging all packing slips received prior to morning/afternoon routes and ensuring each item is accounted for-Efficiently planning out routes to ensure timely deliveries with consideration towards size of load & priority of orders-Use of pallet jacks & lift gates and/or forklifts to load/offload stake bed trucks -Adhering to safety regulations as required by various job sites such as wearing proper personal protective equipment-Unloading pallets, packages, & pipe orders at designated areas, as well as occasionally verifying individual items on packing slips with clientsWAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE-Pulling parts for orders according to quantity and part number listed on packing slips and confirming items with RF scanners via Latitude program-Operation of forklifts to pull pallets as necessary from aisles/shelves-Packing parts into boxes and/or onto pallets to be shipped and securing items with shrinkwrap-Readjusting inventory counts for available parts within warehouse via Latitude program and RF scanners-Assisting drivers in loading/unloading their delivery trucks as well as route preparation

YARD COORDINATOR-Opening the gate for all authorized delivery drivers-Obtaining Bill of Landing from drivers & ensuring all paperwork is correct and up to date-Alerting Office Clerk of incoming trailers/trailer numbers to ensure all trailers entering yard are at designated docks according to load and place to be put away within warehouse-Placing air lock on air ride hose & chock by wheels to ensure safety of forklift drivers unloading trailers-Ensuring drivers entering facility are wearing the required PPE (i.e. safety vest & steel toe boots)REPACK ASSOCIATE-Prepping boxes for repackaging-Ensuring each station has the correct parts as well as sufficient amount of material for orders-Pulling parts from pallet and repackaging into totes and confirming the number of parts per tote as well as proper part numbers-Shrink wrapping completed pallets to be shipped outSHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK-Data entry logs via Excel for each trailer received-Inputting trailer logs into system: trailer number, part number, expected/actual number of pallets/boxes, dock times, loading/unloading times,& putaway times-Scanning trailers & pallets for One Touch orders-Reprinting labels whenever necessary, consolidating multiple LPs into one label for whole pallet, & creating 5W sheets for any pallets in wrong locations
