Responsible for the relocation of Zuellig Pharma to a new Distribution Center in Tsing Yi.The Project included the Fitout of a 20,000sqm Distribution Center and the reinstatement of their existing center in Shatin.

Neil was responsible for leading a highly professional and motivated team for the Procurement, Construction and Delivery of a new assembly facility for Nokia.

As Project Director, Neil was tasked with reviewing the current ongoing project status and implementing any changes needed to allow the development to proceed. Neil was requested to form part of the initial small team to assist VinaCapital with Project Management services for ongoing projects in Vietnam ahead of a full JV company being formed. Once the JV company "VinaProjects" was formed, Neil was employed directly.

- Parcel 5&6 Casino ResortNeil was initially responsible for setting up the interior fit-out trade packages on the 8 podium levels, which included developing the scope of works for 18 ABWF packages and 30 FOH fit-out and FF+E packages equating to around 7 million sq ft. Subsequently managed the FOH fit-out team which successfully tendered the fit-out packages of which approximately 90% were returned under budget. The Casino level consisted of 2 general public casino’s, 1 VIP casino, individual hotel entrances for Shangri-La, Traders, Sheraton and St Regis, The Paradise Gardens, Court of Palms and the Cascading River, covering a total area of around 1 million sq ft. Neil was a key member of the Management Control Group for the podium and regularly liaised with the clients and consultants senior management.- The Venetian MacauThe Venetian Macau was billed as the world’s largest entertainment resort. The development included the world’s largest Casino, 1M sq/ft of themed Retail, 3,000 suite Hotel, 15,000 seat Events Arena, the largest Congress space in Asia.Neil was responsible for the Design Management of the Grand Canal Shoppes to the FOH areas for the CM Consultant. Duties included establishment and demarcation of 40 major trade packages for the Podium Level, providing documentation to clearly identify the scope within each package to allow the various consultants to produce their Tender and Construction Documents.Review of design packages from the consultants and provide Design Commentaries to ensure completeness of each set of Design Documentation prior to Tender. Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and chairing on-site design workshops.
