Operations executive responsible for the multiple unit insurance business line operations including claims and default management, loan administration and not for profit agreement management.

Lead CMHC's data and information management and governance strategy, and has accountability and responsibility to seek new and innovative ways to leverage data in order to create new possibilities internally and externally and to exploit data assets to generate business value. Accountable to ensure processes and policies are in place to ensure the quality of information, appropriate records management practices are employed, and knowledge is accessible to the business, so that data and information are available to support business needs. Works proactively with business leaders to enable them to efficiently capture and use data/information in their business processes to achieve their business objectives.Provides leadership in driving CMHC toward becoming an insights driven organization by growing and managing its new analytics and insights capabilities, allowing CMHC to significantly benefit from its information assets and explore possible monetization opportunities.Provides leadership and guidance in actively promoting, educating and providing advice on applying, delivering and sustaining business intelligence and insight solutions to convert data into consistent, actionable information to drive business decisions. Networks, builds internal and external relationships and stays on top of changes to the organization’s strategy, goals and processes to ensure requirements appropriately reflect the need of the organization.

Responsible to lead and oversee IT Client and Applications Portfolios, Information Resources and Records Management groups. Provide oversight oversight and leadership in the planning and direction of the modelling, design, development, enhancement, testing and integration of applications to support and facilitate the delivery of technology services and programs to effectively meet business requirements.Ensure the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of communications across the client portfolios (i.e., business lines and functions) and the effective monitoring and quality assurance measurement of client satisfaction with information technology (IT), information resources and records management services. Enable business strategies, including the integration of client IT plans, into a prioritized, national IT business application development plan and that clear accountabilities are established to execute on business outcomes.
