Line management for the Learning Facilitator Teams and day to day coordination of the Learning Resources Centres, Knowledge of Library Management Systems and Office 365. Creating and editing content for learners, to promote accessibility through various platforms and applications. Delivery of internal training to Learning Facilitator Staff, to develop online resources to further promote applications and streamlining services to utilise efficiencies to enhance the service provision to learners. Collaborative working to deliver solutions to college wide issues and developments. Using emerging technologies to enhance the use of resources in resource delivery to the learner. Working with cross-college teams and outside partners to resolve issues and create new developments in digital technology in an educational context. Additional responsibility as Administrator for Library Management System to coordinate updates and its daily operation.
