Each patient is then advised to engage with i.e. specific exercise programmes and/or a clinically justified treatment modalities.

This role requires a deep understanding of competitive football, player role specificity the possible mechanisms of injury associated with that position. Knowledge of this role has allowed me to create preventive measures so that players are less vulnerable to acute and possible chronic injury, which are achieved through progressive rehab, clinical interventions and education. Match day duties include acute injury assessment and treatment if required.

Working as an autonomous practitioner with individuals and/or groups to ensure soldiers are fit to return to active duties. This is achieved through clinical assessments, the design and implementation of safe, progressive treatment schedules with daily recording of prescribed treatment plans, auditing of selected areas and liaising with MDT members to maintain a comprehensive and professional rehab service for a variety of conditions that include rheumatoid, neurological, musculo-skeletal/training injuries.

My role is to assess and treat a wide variety of conditions/disorders neurological and/or musculo-skeletal in origin within a private practice in Cambridgeshire. All treatment options are clinically reasoned, justified and implemented through evidence based research and past clinical experience to improve physical function and promote normal movement patterns.

To provide physical and personal care to service users following a individual care plan. Duties also include day to day assessment of their well being to ensure any deterioration in ability is identified in a timely manner and documented accurately. Furthermore, encouraging the clients to undertake as much of their own day to day living routine as is appropriate and safe to do.

Provided pre and post-performance soft tissue therapy to first/academy team players throughout the season. This included basic petressage techniques as well as myofacial release, mucscle energy techniques (MET's) and education.
