Quartz Finance Limited is a company we formed in 2004 with five other colleagues from Dresdner Kleinwort. We focus on providing customer financing consultancy and funding to the European IT and Telecoms sector. The company has grown and matured over the last 9 years, and is increasingly international in its focus. The company’s objective is to establish long term, mutually beneficial relationships with major technology companies. Despite the turmoil in the global financial sector, Quartz has an unrivalled reputation in the market and to date we have arranged over $1 billion of funding for our clients.

Technology Services (KB) sold to Barclays at end of 2002. Transferred to BAF which was not a good fit. Only time I have not enjoyed what I do. Gave me the impetus to take a leap of faith and establish Quartz Finance.

Worked in Technology Finance team until business was sold on to Barclays.

Established Vendor Finance business for the company. Started as a Financial Analyst which was excellent preparation for a sales management role. SCL sold to Kleinwort Benson in 1995 and I was part of the package
