As Head of Distribution, I played a pivotal role in shaping the distribution strategy for DAFM, fostering a comprehensive approach that encompassed investor identification and targeting, relationship cultivation with key allocators, and effective marketing of the start-up fund managers' funds.My key responsibilities included:Strategic Investor Identification and Targeting: I identified and engaged with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and family offices.Nurturing Key Allocator Relationships: I established and nurtured strong relationships with key allocators, including wealth managers, consultants, and financial advisors, serving as a trusted resource and providing in-depth insights into what drives the fund's performance.Overseeing Fund Marketing and Promotion: I spearheaded the marketing and promotional efforts for DAFM, crafting compelling presentations, developing marketing materials, and organising investor events to showcase the funds' compelling investment propositions.My efforts resulted in significant growth for DAFM, expanding their investor base and generating substantial capital inflows. I am proud to have contributed to the success of DAFM, providing them with the distribution expertise and strategic guidance they needed to thrive in the nascent Digital investment landscape.

• Responsible for the management of the market and credit related exposures run by ABN AMRO Clearings businesses in the Asia Pacific region, as well as for acting in a timely manner to mitigate any potential loss that may occur as a result of its clients trading activities.• Managed a team of four personnel – two senior Risk managers (collective experience of +20 years) and two junior risk officers based in Australian and Singaporean offices.• A member of the APAC Regional Management team, the new business committee, the Singapore and Hong Kong credit committees and the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) committee.

• Daily analysis of the performance, structure, quality and exposures of Client portfolios (Hedge funds, Market Makers and Prop shops)• Daily generation/review of Management Information that was distributed within (and outside) the organization to various stakeholders. • Client Risk limit violation follow up and rectification. • Contact with client base/relations on a regular basis and deal with all sorts of Risk Management related queries.• Setting and maintenance of clients trading limits on various ISV’s as well as internal real time risk monitoring systems.• Approval of Give up/Take up trades.• Approval of potential clients after discussing their strategies/reviewing their algorithmic trading specifications. • Analyzing Risks involved with new and existing products in terms of execution, settlement, pricing, liquidity as well as regulatory implications.• Development of risk parameters, methodologies, procedures and systems for various activities in order to enhance the risk control from a global point of view.• Development and implementation of reporting tools and other management information tools to keep senior management up to date with regards to the potential exposures in client portfolios.• Periodical Risk reviews of clients trading activities/performance.• Pricing/approval of OTC transactions.
