An experienced Radiation Protection Professional with a portfolio covering 33 years of employment within the nuclear industry and the wider Health and Safety environment in both the practitioner and professional Health Physicist roles. I also possess a wealth of experience in leadership, management, training and mentorship.As a previous member of the Armed Forces I have a strong sense of the importance of inclusivity and the ethos of teamwork to succeed. Equally as a husband of a senior NHS professional and father of two professional independently minded children I appreciate the importance of encouraging innovation, creativity and a determination to succeed.
