Throughout my time at Pace, I’ve had numerous opportunities for growth starting as the lead Art Director on the Verizon Business account. As I developed my skills, I advanced to Associate Creative Director and then to Executive Creative Director. During the pandemic, I played a key role in transforming our agency model to a portfolio system, leading the portfolio creative team while collaborating with other creative leaders across the organization. Most recently, I was tasked with building an agency-within-the-agency, expanding our video, photography, and voiceover/podcasting capabilities into new markets for Pace.
