I am an independent Business Owner with AmeriPlanUSA, and reached the Executive Director level by building and training sales teams to market the nations leading discount health benefits plan. This is a home-based business which takes very little time.

I started as a caddie at the Ritz-Carlton Member Golf Club in Bradenton, FL. At the end of the season, was asked to be the Assistant Program Manager. I worked in this capacity for 1 year, and during this time became a Certified Trainer for the company. During the economic slowdown of winter, 2008, the Ritz informed Caddie Services, Inc that they would no longer have 2 managers at the property, leaving me out of the loop. I still caddie there on a request, or on an as needed basis.

Customer service skills, coupled with scheduling skills and sales ability acounted for my success as a service writer with local independent automotive shops as well as while a Service Writer and Assistant Service Manager at local car dealerships, and while managing several stores with a tire store chain.
