My background includes over 25 years call centre experience and knowledge, with over 6 years’ experience in a planning and resource capacity. Achieved a diploma in Call Centre Planning and Resource Management, achieved with a commendation from the Open University. I have a calm and analytical approach to any task faced. Skilled in observing, noticing and predicting obstacles, implementing methodical approaches to achieve productive results. I am a great team player, building strong relations with my colleagues but equally comfortable working alone, currently home working for over 12 months.
