Working as a Quality Assurance Analyst, primary responsibilities include manual testing of web and mobile apps, supporting services, infrastructure, automation and load testing.Web Testing Automation Tools used:WinRunner, Quick Test Pro, IBM Rational Functional Tester.Mobile Testing Automation Tools used:Appium and SeeTest Automation.Load Testing and API Testing Tools used:Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, and LoadRunner.Specialty Testing Tools:Fiddler, Charles Proxy, Chellist and custom written testing tools written in C# and Java.Secondary responsibilities were to maintain and expand on the framework for automation testing. This included adding in new software and feature sets to improve the accuracy of the automated tests as well as facilitate non-technical Quality Assurance Analysts in their work with providing these items as a service for them to use.
