Currently working with the London Scottish Academy. My role is to coach the team through the week in preparation for the weekends fixture. I plan and deliver each session to get the most out of the players. I have to set up the team as well as making substitutions and tactical changes as the game goes on.I have to keep a balance of giving players game time and what is best for the team. I have to be open and honest with each player, giving them areas to improve individual and as a team.

Currently coaching one on one sessions to novice and expierenced players. Session vary from specific skills to all round game development. I deliver the session to individuals who are looking to improve their rugby ability. I work with individuals who could be new to rugby and players who are more experienced with a view to improve their skills and enhance their ability.

I was brought in to coach with London Scottish to add some coaching experience. I am part of the community program which primarily is to visit schools in South West London and promote rugby. This varies from a one week taster session to a 10 week block as part of their physical education program. Each session has to be planned and designed for the different age groups that we coach. I also help referee various different tag and touch tournaments set up throughout the city.

Currently coaching rugby during the summer with Harlequins community team.

Working in various schools delivering during curriculum timetable, after school clubs, arranging competitive fixtures. Developing and maintaining a school team.

Aiding the head coach during training and matches. Mainly working with backs but need to be able to work with the whole team. Old Priorians are a London one club looking to cement their place in the league while looking for promotion in the future.

Currently working as the operations manager organising the set up of traditional and modern religious events. My duties include the set up of the dining area, organising the waiters and waitresses. Also organising the bar and bar staff to make sure everything runs smoothly during the day and the party event in the evening. Each event is special and deserves to be treated as such so it is essential that all the staff are motivated and understand exactly what they are needed to do at any time.

My role was to deliver the sessions to the nursery children. Monkeynastix is designed to introduce physical activity to children as young as 2 year olds. I introduced various pieces of equipment and games during the 10 week block of sessions to the participants. It was part of my job to plan each session and to ensure the sessions were fun and different from the previous week. I was always enthusiastic during the sessions and had to be able to use language that was suitable for the age groups I was working with. I had to create positive relationships with the different organisations I was working with in order to create more business. I had to deal with payments for each participant and create a log of who had paid and who was still due.

Moving and delivering pianos from one location to another. Privately owned pianos and company pianos.

Developing players and linking the step up from school rugby to Senior rugby. Coaching the game and the philosophy of Edinburgh Accies. Including player selection and team management. I was tasked to report back to the first XV coach on players for the future and who should be given a chance higher up the club. Through the week I would be given a chance to work with all players at the club, later on in the week I would be more focused on the players at my disposal for the weekend. By the weekend, I would had to have chosen my starting team and substitutes. I would also need to speak to the players who weren't included in my squad and why they were playing for the next team down. This had to be a constructive conversation, explaining why they weren't involved and what they could work on to improve.

During my time at George Heriots I was able to work with really supportive staff who were wanting the school to achieve its maximum potential. This pushed me to work harder to get the best out of every pupil I came across. I worked with a variety of age groups over the years. I would start the afternoon with the younger age groups, this would be an introduction to rugby. I would coach the players the basics of rugby, I would try and make each session fun and enjoyable.Later in the afternoon I would work with the older age groups. We were working hard to compete with the other big name schools in Scotland. I was in charge of the second XV, pushing the players to try and compete with the first XV and keeping them at a level that if their were any injuries any one of my players could slot in. I was in charge of squad selection and team set up on match days.

I helped with the coaching of the various teams BATs had developed. I also coached in various different schools in the North of Edinburgh to introduce and encourage rugby to school pupils.

Supporting young people with behavioural issues with one to one support work. Helping them with their struggles and increasing their strengths.

I worked with pupils who had behavioural issues in class. I would help keep their concentration on task and try to prevent outbursts which could cause them to get in to trouble.

I coached in various different schools around Edinburgh introducing rugby. I also worked on match days for Edinburgh and Scotland. My duties would include half time entertainment and skills masterclasses.
