A respected leader with over 20 years’ experience working in a wide range of senior management and executive positions within Canada’s financial services industry.Currently, as Group Head, Personal & Commercial Banking, Neil is responsible for RBC’s banking businesses in Canada and the Caribbean, including personal and commercial financial services, credit cards and payments, digital solutions, as well as regional banking and distribution, operations and contact centres.Neil joined RBC in 1998 and has since held a variety of key leadership roles, shaping and transforming Canada’s largest bank and one of the largest banks in the world by market capitalization. Through previously held positions in Business Financial Services, Marketing & Channel Strategy, and Risk Operations, Neil has led the development and implementation of innovative business solutions designed to ensure sustainable growth alongside exceptional client experiences.Neil is a member of the Executive Council of the Canadian Bankers Association and currently serves on the Sunnybrook Foundation Board of Directors.
