Since being established in 2014 we have been providing Technical and Co-ordination Services to a number of Top 10 house builders across London and the South East on a mixture of housing and flat developments utilising both Traditional and Modern Methods of construction.We are also providing Architectural services ranging from domestic extensions to new housing estates and flats in the Residential sector to new sports pavilions and shop fit outs in the commercial sector.

Technical Co-ordinator working on a variety of social housing projects of differing construction types with responsiblity for the management and control of all design information for the project ranging from Architects and Engineers to M&E specialist designs and Code for Sustainable Homes, Life Time Homes etc.Being involved in schemes from tender pricing to completion we are required to input a variety of information into the project including the acquisition of all statutory authority quotations and designs for new services and diversions along with ensuring all relevant conditions are signed off from planning, building control and building warranty (NHBC, Zurich, Premier Guarantee etc) and Secure by Design Certification are in place for handover.We also provide continuous support to the site teams ensuring a smooth flow of information in line with their programme of specialist designs from kitchen manufacturers etc and the client insuring that all relevant information for funding applications etc is available.Current / Recent ProjectsHavering Garages Phase 1 and 2 (approx £18 million) - The redevelopment of 50 individual ex council garages sites providing 110 new houses and flats achieving Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3/4. The scheme is a mix of timber frame and traditional build. We have been responsible for the delivery of the scheme from pre-planning to practical completion. The scheme is being delivered for 2 different Housing Associations.The success of Phase 1 has recently led to the award of a pilot project in Colchester leading to an addition 30 sites for development.Craven Park, Brent, London - 23 Residential Flats of mixed tenure (code level 3). Concrete frame maximum of 5 storeys. Due to the location of the site and site constraints planning required a podium area and roof terraces for amenity space. In addition as the site is located on the main road planning conditions for noise and air quality to the flats exist.
