My professional background within the restaurant and bar industry has given me considerable experience and understanding amongst various aspects of the job. Having worked in bars that specialize in craft beers, craft cocktails, as well as high volume I, not only, have an extensive knowledge in all aspects of the industry but a love and respect for it as well. In previous positions I have been given the responsibility of training the bar staff in addition to creating seasonal cocktail menus enabling me to command a leadership position that allows elevated education of my team members, granting them greater knowledge of the product they are selling in order to boost sales. My passion and charisma within the bar and restaurant community has given me many opportunities and taken me exceptionally far however I will never lose my desire for knowledge and am always looking for opportunities to grow.
