Hello, my name is Neil Mohan. I graduated from the University of South Carolina, majoring in both Marketing and Operations and Supply Chain.I have gained valuable work experience in various sectors, such as retail, beverage, and sports. Most recently, I worked as a student consultant at the Darla Moore School of Business, where I developed a comprehensive marketing strategy for Batch and Bottle. I conducted a holistic analysis of the industry, market, competition, and consumers, and crafted a creative brief that identified the brand's positioning, points of difference, and character. I also created a detailed implementation plan that included product, pricing, promotion, and distribution recommendations, as well as a three-year pro-forma P&L. Previously, I worked as a retail sales associate at Gap, where I closed sales successfully by understanding customer needs and integrating loyalty initiatives into the shopper experience. I also administered customer service by providing product knowledge and aiding in purchase decisions. Furthermore, I worked as a student worker with the South Carolina Gamecocks, where I assisted customers at the front gates with ticketing and provided professional and courteous service to patrons. Through these experiences, I have developed strong organization, problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills, as well as a customer-centric mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
