• To ensure inbound products comply to technical specifications in preparation for production• Carry out final testing and inspections on completed products• Manage expectations by effectively communicating to customers and suppliers on repairs & returns• Solely responsible for investigating and resolving all customer repairs • Provide recommendations on ways to improve or update existing QA standards • Train colleagues on new procedures and provide technical support to all the production team • Work under strict deadlines to ensure products are sent out on time• Liaising with the Development department to discuss improvements to existing and new products

• Oversee the production team ensuring they are fully set up for the day• Troubleshooting problems and hold-ups along the production line• Set up of equipment for programming and calibrating • Customer repairs and technical support

• Complete step by step instructions building data logging equipment • Programming PCBs and soldering listed components onto ready-made PCBs • Assembling products using a wide range of materials and tools • Checking and calibrating finished items to ensure accurate functionality • Working to targets and deadlines
