At Snack Brands Australia, I have been involved in creating high quality snack foods in both hands on production and support roles and now influencing the process to ensure best practice in delivering the best product possible, using highly efficient processes.Colleagues know me as a helpful workmate with a wide range of technical knowledge that I'm always willing to share as well as grow and use that knowledge to apply to troubleshooting and process improvement as required. I can always be trusted to deliver what I promise and pride myself on the ability to create instruction and training programs that work. I spend a lot of time engaging with the staff across the business to ensure that through consultation and collaboration we can all ensure the business goals are being met in the best possible way.
