About Neil Nolan

A proven Technical and Sustainability professional with over 25 years’ experience working in the construction and waste management sectors. In addition to managing a team covering regulation, export, product quality and sustainability, Neil has been instrumental in implementing standardised processes and management systems. This ensures that the UK business is always consistent in its operations. The creation and maintenance of this structure has been fundamental in supporting the integration of new projects into the Blue Phoenix way of working. Beyond the role of Technical Director for the UK, Neil has been a key part of the global BPG team in developing the business across Europe and into new markets. Most recently, he has supported the implementation of Australia’s first IBA facility in Perth, Western Australia, and is involved in the development of a regulatory framework for the use of IBAA as a secondary aggregate in Dubai, UAE.Neil is also a member of several trade associations including MIBAAA, ESA, MPA and European Working Groups TC154 - WG12 and WG13.
