With a track record of 18 jury trials and 12 binding arbitrations, I bring a depth of courtroom expertise to every case. Furthermore, I offer strategic counsel to city fire and human resources departments, navigating complex matters related to employment law, labor law, and compliance with the Firefighters Bill of Rights.Previously, I held the position of leading the Public Safety Division within the City Attorney’s Office in the 59th largest city in the United States. In this capacity, I managed a team consisting of five attorneys and one paralegal, overseeing their provision of litigation and advisory services tailored to meet the needs of police, fire, and code enforcement professionals.I am a frequent speaker, having presented at conferences for the League of California Cities, the International Municipal Lawyers Association, and Legal Professionals, Inc.
