I am experienced in leading and managing project operations in live environments, direct liaison with client stakeholders and managing expectations and risk during the discharging of business as usual refurbishment schemes and work-streams. I have also acted as a client liaison/project manager on the delivery of several high profile projects and frame-works, and have experience of client’s management process, approach to delivery, procurement and programme drivers.My trade based foundation gives me a practical insight and my partnering style approach to management and maintaining relationship skills, are evident. I can also lead and manage at all levels from site to board room. I have successfully project managed the refresh framework and IDM rollout for the Lloyds banking group on behalf of M&S.
