I currently hold a dual role with accountability for both the Workload Planning and Retail Loss Prevention functions at Greggs. This combined role consists of managing a team 10 with the following responsibilities / focus areas:Loss Prevention: Minimising both internal and external cash and stock losses by investing in systems and developing processes.

Leads a team of eight responsible for setting and delivery of wage budgets across 1,650 'bakery food-on-the-go' shops. Currently leading a project to roll out the JDA / Red Prairie workforce management solution to drive improvements in customer service and deliver significant cost savings through better management of labour deployment and payroll

Minimising stockholding in frozen supply chain
