Managed projects in Cheltenham and Swindon from brown field land to completion of high end carehomes. Swindon was one building consisting of eighty plus care bedrooms and 15 assisted living appartments which were sold on to private owner ship.Cheltenham project was 2 buildings, one building was built for Porthaven Care offering 63 care bedrooms for both nursing and dementia patients. Building 2 was built for Beechcroft Developments consisted of 28 assisted living units for the over 55's. Each appartment offers 2 bedrooms, living area and high end finishes to kitchens and bathrooms. All work is carried out to meet NHBC reqirements.
