Designated as Quality Assurance Engineer for 7 years and counting. 1 year designated as Defect Manager alongside of being a QA engineer as well. Directly communicate and coordinate with Project Managers, Developers and Users, for concerns or issue during testing• Quality Assurance Tester of Bank, Card and Remittance Projects• Evaluate requirements for testability• Develop test cases, scripts and execution procedures• Document Expected Results• Update Test Cases that has been executed versus the requested Requirements of the Client• Update all Incident Logs encountered during actual test execution• Supports UAT before and after finalization of the project. • Live Migration Support• Ensures that each delivered tested system has been tested according to the set standard • Experienced Vendor to Client Work Environment and Vice Versa – RCBC, UCPB, UBP, LBC, Gaisano, Megalink, Globe GXI, GetGo UPP, Bank Of Commerce, Globe Razor• Used Agile Development Process and Waterfall Process• Updates every incident raised by each tester of the project base on the developer’s resolution per issue/defect• Send Incident reports every end of the day and discuss testers with Project Manager, Test Manager, Team Leads, Developers, UAT and System Analysts
