I streamlined sales processes for simplicity, heightened efficiency, and increased productivity.I navigated effective change management through significant restructures and mergers, ensuring robust double-digit annual growth. My approach involved cross-departmental collaboration with teams spanning sales, marketing, finance, product, customer success, and HR, all geared towards accelerating commercial growth.I forged strategic external partnerships to enhance procurement and execute go-to-market strategies. I integrated, constructed, and executed scalable business plans for new group acquisitions and SAAS innovations, securing sustained revenue growth.

I was part of the launch team of caterer.com and was directly responsible for developing relationships with large brand hospitality recruiters. Along with the senior management team i helped develop and deliver on agressive growth strategies to build the business. This business is now the market leading hospitality recruitment website with 80%+ market share.
