As Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Cascade, I help develop and direct the strategic vision of our company and ensure we provide consistent, valuable, and responsible quality service to our customers through our well developed employee and partner base.

I served as Treasurer and Board Member to help set the strategy and membership services of this non-profit organization. Took a few years off and back on the Board since 2018.

The Wisconsin Council on Recycling, authorized in s. 287.22, Wis. Stats., is a citizens group, appointed by the governor, to advise the governor, State Legislature and state agencies on solid waste reduction, recovery and recycling policy. The Council is staffed by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Each member is appointed for a four-year term expiring on the date of commencement of the next gubernatorial term.

Provide technical assistance for the development of sustainable electronic waste processing in Ethiopia as part of the StEP (Solving the E-waste Problem) initiative.

As one of just 30 participants from around the world in this Forum, I assisted in developing a vision and technology roadmap for sustainable electronics. The Forum employed a “futures” approach to develop a shared vision of the challenges and opportunities for sustainable electronics, taking into account several different ways that trends influencing electronics might unfold in the decades to come. Provide technical assistance with the development of an environmentally responsible electronics demanufacturing center in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

I helped companies in Wisconsin better understand Wisconsin's environmental regulations and develop solutions for implementing positive environmental change that drives business profits as well.

Managed the creation of the Solid Waste Alternatives Program (SWAP) at UW-Madison, with funding from a DNR grant. Later, merged the program with UW-Madison's Surplus Program and led the $1M operation.

Midwest regional coordinator for National Wildlife Federation's campus outreach program known as "Cool It!"; Traveled extensively throughout the Midwest assisting college campuses with the development of their environmental programs.
