Ms. xia is a strong and highly professional investor. She works with founders and entrepreneurs in technology, healthcare, real estate, food and retail, focusing on mobility events and multigenerational wealth transfer. She develops and manages client relationships and provides holistic solutions in investment management, lending, wealth planning, trust and estate planning, and charitable giving. Before becoming a limited partner, she worked as a senior planner and international financial risk analyst at Shanghai Minghong Investment. Earlier in her career, Ms. Xia worked as an investment strategy analyst and derivatives analyst in TPG's equity capital markets. Ms. Xia is a Chartered Financial Analyst holder and a member of the Los Angeles CFA Institute. She holds a master's degree in financial economics and several certificates from the College of British Columbia. Her passions include advancing the interests of Asian Americans, supporting women entrepreneurs, advocating for equal educational opportunity, and connecting the arts and business worlds. She is the China Council Chair and Global Board Member of Caden TNC (The Nature Conservancy), Vice Board Member of the Los Angeles Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and Advisory Board Member of Women's Vision. She is also active in a non-profit NGO that aims to create the right environment for underprivileged children around the world by directing living assistance and medical assistance.
