Activities included setting up a new network (including infrastructure), duplicating existing system landscape and transferring 70 FTE.o Implementation of new Allocation and Replenishment system (BOARD), replacing legacy system (TXT), and aimed at generating revenue of £5.3m pa from improved visibility. o Redesigned Continuous Improvement process across Supply Chain; utilising JIRA / Confluence to manage the change through a 3rd party vendor. -

In this role I am accountable for 5 workstreams, ranging from tactical delivery to strategic direction. A key achievement during this time has been implementing a WMS to support Brands; this went live in July ’21 and has successfully despatched 1.9m parcels to date, driving Gross Sales of £132m. In order to drive future sales, I am the lead on implementing a WMS upgrade which will be live in Sept ’22 and seeking investment of £5.5m to expand onsite storage in order to provide a solid foundation for growth.• Coordination of Home and Lifestyle logistics deliverables as part of the successful Joint Venture launch between M&S and Ocado in September ’20 and managed overall programme governance for Supply Chain and Logistics• Creation of business cases and gained executive approval for 2 robotics initiatives whilst leading the Innovation and Technology Programme (aimed at reducing variable labour costs and introducing new technologies). Total capital investment was £0.6m driving payback within 1.4 years. During this time also created the 3 Year Innovation and Technology strategy for Clothing & Home Logistics• Roll out of JDA Dispatcher Warehouse Management System (WMS) into 6 manual warehouses over 2.5 years at a cost of £19m and leveraging a £12m benefit pa, enabling the decommissioning of the mainframe • A ‘Step Change’ programme generating savings of £18m pa across 22 initiatives• E2E mapping of Clothing and Home supply chain; indicating costs at each node• Creation of first Ecom disaster recovery process• Reduction in Ecom Customer Failure Rate• Expansion of Ecom capacities -
