A ‘Balanced Scorecard’ approach has been introduced.Secured board endorsement for the new strategy of which key elements were to move ITF from a North Sea centric position to a global standing, technology implementation, service company engagement, project management, broaden and expand membership and improved relationships with the international research / developer community.22 new member (co-owner) companies joined ITF, boosting a dwindling and ‘at risk’ membership to 30 companies. Total revamp of the organization structure, established new management processes and hired new personnel.More than doubled the year on year number of Joint Industry Projects (JIPs) launched and investment secured.Established a strategic alliance with Oil & Gas UK. Co-opted Board member of Subsea UK. Engaged more than 50 other trade organizations, industry bodies, etc to work with ITF, developed joint initiatives and MOU’s.
