As the Real Time Defect Analysis (RDA) supervisor of a team engineers and technicians in a high paced semi conductor manufacturing environment I am responsible for my team to mitigate excursions and provide in-line, real time, quality control of the NAND Flash product line. Worked with production and engineering as the RDA (Real time Defect Analysis) shift equipment engineer.• Wrote recipes on several bright field and dark field tool-sets for inline process monitoring and data collection for engineering experiments. Also troubleshot tools and tracking software to maintain product throughput and the integrity of data.• Created area specific software tutorial documentation.
