●Lean principles. Moved the business to a more efficient footing by implementing lean across both the manufacturing and administrative services. Key wins include:○Material waste reduction of 35% to 26% or €8,000 per month○Administrative choke points identified. Eliminated several by increasing MIS utilisation, reduction of double entry and training. These gains allowed CSR staff to spend more time focusing on customer centric activities and farm selling. ○In consultation with various teams, I developed and implemented a suite of critical KPIs to help measure and manage critical activities. Held weekly meetings with teams to analyse results when posted to the Kaizen Board.●Developing and documenting workflows for new and existing business lines in attempts to either win new business or increase efficiencies in existing business through new software applications or employee training. I utilise MS Visio and MS project management when tracking projects, presenting findings and analysing processes. ●Implement pricing strategies across a wide range of clients and present pricing to relevant parties. Pricing matrix development, time and motion analysis and gross margin calculations on new bodies of work.●RFP management and response lead. When received, I collate required data and formulate response. I also front any queries which arise and interface directly with prospective clients during any subsequent meetings. ●Systems integration between our client’s workflows with that of our print and billing / transaction services. ●Development, implementation and maintenance of a suite of standard operating procedures in line with the company's ISO 27001 accreditation. ●Business Intelligence reporting including financial reports on margins achieved by client and or process.
