Since 2017, I have operated my own business as an independent consultant serving the life sciences sector, acting directly for pharmaceutical and medical device companies, in addition to contracting with other consultancies and undertaking senior interim roles.With a background in lean business improvement methods, I focus on clients’ Medical, Safety, Regulatory and Quality functions, designing and implementing effective processes and organisations, to achieve both compliance and efficiency.Having held senior positions in industry prior to becoming a consultant, I am able to link business strategy and senior stakeholder goals to demonstrable ‘on the ground’ improvements.
