Joined Highview Power as General Manager for Australia mid 2020, responsible for development activities across Oceania.Operated in the international infrastructure and energy sectors over 25 years holding senior positions on a wide range of complex project financed deals. Founded ARC Developments in 2002 leading the advisory and development work on the company’s projects under mandates for several international power producers, energy resource corporations, governments and financiers throughout South Asia, SE Asia, Latin America, Pacific and Australia on a wide range of energy projects (fossil fuel fired, renewable, transmission and distribution) and infrastructure deals (road, water, rail, flood control & reclamation). Managed the company growth to a position where it has representative offices in several Asian and Australian cities.Recently held role as bid manager on behalf of the Philippine Government and the National PPP Centre for the US$4bn Laguna Lakeshore Expressway Dike PPP project and as TA (technical and commercial) on the CHP#5 power deal in Mongolia, on behalf of the ADB. Currently transaction advisor lead on two major PPP projects (Turkestan Highway in Kazakhstan) and Hydro power review in Kyrgyz Republic.Mandates have included advisory work for major mining companies, commercial and multilateral financiers, independent infrastructure and renewable funds, federal governments, IPPs, O&M entities and government owned corporations during this period in PPP, public and private initiatives.Previously engaged as an energy developer at National Power Plc and a founding partner of a successful energy development company in Hong Kong in the mid-1990s moving to Australia in 1998 to develop several generating asset sales, cogeneration and renewable energy developments.
