Neil is an Environmental Consultant with more than 21 years’ experience in environmental monitoring and assessment of a variety licenced and contaminated sites throughout Ireland. Neil has provided training and developed monitoring protocols in his main areas of expertise which include contaminated land, groundwater and surface water pollution.
