I have two decades of experience in web programming first starting out in Classic ASP and HTML 4. I was an early adopter of Asp.Net 1.0 and C# and continued with WebForms until Asp.Net MVC 2 which I adopted and continued with to this year but now using version 4 (Asp.Net MVC 4). I am now in the process of changing my skillset by adopting Asp.Net Core 2 along with adding AngularJS, TypeScript and the MEAN stack to my vocabulary of skills. Early projects included writing a CRM system for Outlook in VBScript as well as writing a C# email event sink for the Exchange Server to automatically assign incoming emails to customers within the CRM Outlook application that we used to run at The Further Education National Consortium (FENC). Since 2009 I have been a freelance web developer working on many exciting client web sites for Barn + Co (formely Passion Fruit Design) as well as starting up a new outsourcing company called Code Barn.
