Providing engineering support to end users and service providers on the Siemens SGT gas turbine family.This work has included:Completion of DLE retrofit and controls upgrade to two SGT200 units at a chemical process plant.Vibration surveys and trim balancing at a number of SGT sites.Retrofit vibration monitoring systems for SGT gas turbines.Working as part of a team completing a HAZOP study to asses the requirement for SIL rated controls withing a power plant environment.

Oversight of all engineering activities within the business unit including mechanical overhaul, controls retrofits and ongoing site support for legacy systems.Providing technical back up to the sales team including visiting customers

Responsible for the running of the HGL Dynamics Lincoln facility including expansion from 3 staff to 12 and the installation of Surface Mount Electronics production line and High Speed enclosure milling facility.Managing the delivery of major customer projects for international blue chip companies.Staff development and training
