I am fitting out my own Gas Skills Centre near Castleford, West Yorkshire, where I will offer not only ACS Training and Assessments but also "Fault Fixing"/Diagnostics 1 day courses. We will be open for business in May, delivering training to engineers and call-centre staff who need an appreciation of boilers and systems to improve first time fix rates.Possessing excellent customer service skills I have recognised Gas and Oil Fired heating industry standard qualifications and have been involved in the domestic heating industry for over 15 years.I am a flexible, reliable, conscientious individual who has extensive experience of servicing, repairs, installation and strong fault-finding/breakdown diagnosis in addition to sales, management, plumbing skills and experience.I have excellent communications skills and am capable of working off my own initiative whilst also being a strong team player.I have a keen interest in renewable energy and have experience of installing solar domestic hot water systems.Over the last few years I have moved to the role of Technical Trainer for Gas Engineers.
