Work with production technologists, compliance team, drilling team and completions team to ensure that the completion design met all the required criteria for installation and long term operation. Responsible for detailed TSA of the completion, preparation of long lead lists, completion components specification, improve initial completion design, cost saving initiatives, improve efficiency and prepare bullet point program for operations team. Time and cost planning for wells including abandonment working alongside Concept Drilling Engineer and Cost Engineer.Moved to Lunskoye team to work on the design of super big bore gas wells (9 5/8" production tubing) ERD wells and OHGP wells with open hole packers and shunt tube technology. Mentor completion team members for the concept engineering roles, continue as technical focal point for the FMC wellhead system and as a reviewer of the technical concept completion work.

Highlighted any issues within the integrity envelope of the platform and collated the information. Liaised with EGIS Software Developer to ensure that all the requirements to MOUK’s specifications. Assisted with development of software (testing / creating the logic / layout); now commercially available.

Reviewed the new technology and prepared alternative solutions. Made recommendations to reduce costs and rig time. Compiled the test report at the end of the trial.
